This helps for smoother flow of energy in this spine, as well as, release of tension. This helps the body align to its more natural flow. Doing this qigong movement helps release tension in the back which helps improve back health.
Two Hands Holding the Kidneys
The Two Hands Holding the Kidney helps strengthen and stretch the back. Through a gentle maximum stretch of the back we release stagnation and tension. As we engage and compress the back through a gentle backbend, we help improve muscle strength. This helps in overall back strength and health. Through this exercise we improve circulation and strength in the entire centerline of the body and back.
