The Qigong program operates from Monday to Friday. Saturdays are dedicated to a focused 1-hour practice session from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, allowing for personal exploration and consolidation of the week's training.
Sundays are reserved for rest and rejuvenation, a crucial element in your training journey.
For an optimal experience, we advise arriving at the resort at least one day prior to the commencement of your first class, ensuring a smooth transition into this transformative journey.
