Delve into an ancient Qigong system, over 2000 years old, crafted by the esteemed Chinese Medicine Physician Hua Tuo. Known as the Five Animal Frolics or Wu Qin Xi, this practice is a treasured part of Medical Qigong's rich history.
The 5 Animal Qigong system connects each animal form to a different internal organ and related meridian, healing and balancing the body's energy. Each animal represents one of the 5 Elements in Chinese medicine, offering unique benefits for your body, mind, and spirit.
The Five Element system (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water) is the heart of Chinese medicine. Knowing it helps us to understand the characteristics of the body’s energy. All of our emotions and our organs’ energy systems correspond with a specific element.
