How White Tiger Qigong Helped One Student

chinese medical qigong Oct 26, 2019

The following post was sent to us by one of our students, detailing how White Tiger Qigong has and continues to have a positive impact on his life:

In the last two years, I have been practicing Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage) on my clients. Chi Nei Tsang is one of Chinese massage therapy which balance out the energies in our internal organs. Although the feedbacks from my clients have always been satisfactory after the treatment, I know massage by itself is not enough. I do believe that I have to give some kind of tools to my clients after they leave my studio. I believe that in any kind of therapy, 70% of the healing must be done by the client at home. When I learned there was a Medical Qigong teacher training course , without hesitation I signed up for the course and to this date, I feel that it is one of the best decision that I ever made in my life.

White Tiger Qigong not only help my client post Chi Nei Tsang treatments, but also help me in so many ways. Qigong has helped me to feel more grounded, release all the tensions that I have after giving the treatment but also shaking off any negative energies that I may absorb from my clients.

I have been practicing Qigong for about a year now and I noticed my posture has gradually improved since I begin my career as a therapist. I don’t feel any back pain anymore nor easily fall sick since I  practice Qigong. In White Tiger Qigong, I was taught that Dragon form from five animals will transform the negative energy such as fear to courage, self motivation and will power. I did not believe this at first but after I dedicate myself to practice this form everyday, I begin to realize that I do not have as much fear as before. I have more courage to start my day, to face the reality and to face life challenges. The more I practice , the more I feel better each day. Qigong has changed me to be a better person, emotionally balanced, more focused and to have a “let go” kind of mindset . I strive to be at peace with myself and all the people around me and let nature take its course.
