Confidence is what motivates us to move forward. Our daily life is fueled by our energy and confidence that determines our mental health. But what happens if we lose self-confidence?
Self-sabotaging, stress, relationship failure, anxiety, and even suicide is on the list if we don't rebuild our confidence back and allow ourselves to heal.
People experience a lack of self-confidence at least a hundred times in a lifetime. But it is more important to learn how to move forward despite the trouble. Emotional balance is the key. So how do we move forward? First, identify your weakness and always approach with positivity!
What is self-confidence?
Self-confidence is the state of mind where you have clarity over personal weakness and strength. This is our own personal judgment of what we are, and what we wanted to be. It is like putting trust in your choices, ideas, and judgment. This means putting faith in something or someone.
So, lack of self-confidence is a thought that says, " you are not enough". Lack of confidence results in low self-esteem. Which will lead you to think that you are less than who you are.
What can spark the lack of confidence?
The lack of confidence may have been rooted in different factors from early childhood days. Sometimes it is hard to figure out when you first started having the negative feeling. Below are the things that might influence or start the lack of confidence.

Why is confidence important?
Confidence plays a big role in a person's life. According to some research, people with a good amount of self-confidence are likely to have successful careers and relationships. This is because confident people tend to make better life decisions in life. Hence, harbor greater wealth, lighter perspective, and brighter moods.
There are ways to boost one's self-confidence. Each has a different impact, and effects depend on from person to person. But somehow this can help one way or another. Take courage every step of the way.
Make a "good list"
Make a list of all the things you are good at. This is a good step to shift your focus to the goodness within you. Cultivate what you are good at and remind yourself what you have achieved so far. It is important to keep track of your achievements so you can achieve more!
Manage your inner judge
We all have that inner judge within us, watching every move and criticizing everything we do. Manage this little voice within. Exercise
Motivate yourself to get up, move and get going. Exercise boosts both physical and mental health. Regular exercise releases endorphins that make you feel good which will make you more confident with your life. Your self-confidence will be boosted as a result of your daily exercise. Everything is a process
When you're stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying something new, it's normal to feel nervous at first. No matter what the outcome, if you can push through that initial nervousness and complete the task, you'll ultimately come out feeling more confident than before. Make room for mistakes, risks, and learning, but keep it relax and approach with gratitude.
Self-confidence is something that needs to be nurtured and built up. It takes work but there are always steps you can do to improve your self-esteem.
