Growing up in the modern Chinese culture of Hong Kong, I have always been fascinated by the application of Chinese Medicine wellness concepts in everyday life and in my practice. I have focused on blending the beautiful practices of Qigong and yoga as a movement and energetic medicine to support holistic health.

Bottom line: This is a way to fuse these two ancient arts into a beautiful flow that will take your practice to a whole new level.

I was tired of being tied to a mat every time I wanted to practice. Sometimes I just wanted to break free of the mat. Qigong gave me this opportunity and more.

That's when I experimented by combining my years of yoga practice with the 5 Element Qigong. I discovered that this unique method not only got me off the mat, but took my existing yoga practice to a whole new level.
