About Tevia Feng
Born with chronic illness and suffering he began practicing martial arts, Qigong and meditation at the age of 7 to heal himself. As a student of Qigong, he journeyed all around China and the world seeking the greatest masters including northwestern part of Hubei, Beijing and Southern China, where he met and trained extensively with several true Qigong masters.
Throughout his journey, he has met many Qigong masters around the world, acquiring rare skills, from unique breathing techniques and exercises to delving into the heart of Qi energy. Each master has shaped the Qigong training he teaches today.
About Mantak Chia
Grandmaster Mantak Chia is the foremost Taoist Master in the world. He is the only Qigong Master who received the Qigong Master of the Year Award twice. Inner Alchemy Basic practices. Inner Smile and Creation Cycle. Intro into Bagua
In the Tao, positive and negative emotions are associated with the internal organs. One of the keys to good health is to become aware of the emotional energies that reside in the organs, and to transform the negative emotional energies into positive virtues. The Inner Smile directs our attention to the body’s organs and associated qualities. You will learn a simple and efficient technique: smile at each organ, cleansing the organ and charging it with positive energy. This helps transform negative emotions and promotes a rhythmic flow of Yin and Yang energy.
Smiling into the organs in the given order corresponds to the so-called Creation Cycle and, connected with the colors and elements, brings about an energetic charging of every cell. Once the cells are charged, the surplus of energy is automatically conducted into the brain. This energy harmonizes the brain and balances both hemispheres.

Inner Alchemy Basics 2 – Microcosmic orbit and Iron Shirt principles
Microcosmic Orbit is one of the fundamental Tao practices. It is about opening Qi flow in the energy pathways. Fusion of 5 Elements
The Fusion of the 5 Elements Meditation is the next step on the path of Taoist meditation.
It is a series of meditations designed to locate and dissolve negative energies trapped inside the body by making a connection between the five outer senses (experienced through the ears, eyes, nose, mouth, and tongue) and the five major negative emotions (anger, hate, worry, sadness, and fear). When the body is cleared of negative energy, universal Qi energy flows freely and productively, nourishing both body and soul.
The practice is divided into two parts. The first works with controlling the forces of the five elements on the five major organs of the body by learning the elements’ effects upon each other and how to balance and utilize these energies properly. The advanced Fusion exercises then show how to channel the greater energies of the stars and planets to strengthen internal weaknesses and crystallize positive energy. By “fusing” all the different kinds of energy together, a harmonious whole is created.
