I have been practising yoga for over 25 years and teaching for the last 8 years. I have a special affinity with Yin Yoga and have completed over 200 hours of specialised Yin Yoga training. I first met Master Tevia in May 2019 in Bali on a Yoga & Qigong teacher training. After one week I noticed a profound difference in my body, in particular a decrease in lower back pain.
